A house in Fate built four years ago and a house near the Rockwall square built in the 1890s need completely different things from a contractor. Here is what I actually see in each.

Royse City, Rockwall, Fate, Heath, Caddo Mills, Greenville and the greater DFW metro. I am based in Royse City, so Rockwall County and the eastern edge of the metro are where I spend most of my time.
Do you charge a trip fee for the outer parts of your service area?
If a job is far enough out that travel meaningfully affects the price, I tell you that up front and it is reflected in the written estimate. You will never find it added on afterward.
I am outside the cities you list. Will you still come look?

How fast can you get out to my house?
It depends on the week and where you are, but being based in Royse City means most of my service area is a short drive. Send your project through the form and I follow up fast, often the same day.
