Bathroom Remodeling in Royse City and across the DFW metro
A bathroom is the least forgiving room in the house. Water finds every shortcut somebody took, and it finds it about two years after the job is done, which is exactly when the person who cut the corner is impossible to reach. That is why I care more about what goes in behind the tile than what goes on top of it.
I do walk-in tile showers, vanity and mirror work, stone and tile accent walls, flooring, and full bath tear-outs. If you have seen the stacked stone and backlit mirror work in my gallery, that is the standard.
- Walk-in tile showers with proper waterproofing
- Tub to shower conversions
- Vanity, mirror, and storage cabinetry
- Stacked stone and tile accent walls
- Tile, LVP, and stained concrete flooring
- Niche, bench, and built-in storage detailing
- Full demo and haul-off

What bathroom remodeling looks like in Rockwall County
Around Rockwall and Heath I get a lot of primary-bath requests where the house is beautiful but the bathroom was built to a budget in a hurry. In Royse City and Fate it is more often a builder-grade bath in a newer home that the owners are ready to make feel custom. Both start the same way: I come see the actual room.

Bathroom Remodeling questions
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the scope and on material lead times, which are the part nobody controls. What I will do is give you a realistic timeline in the written estimate instead of an optimistic one, and tell you as soon as I know if something is going to slip. I would rather be honest early than convenient early.
Can you convert a tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, that is one of the most common bath projects I do. Send photos of the existing bathroom through the project form and I can tell you a lot before I even come out.
How do you keep a new shower from leaking down the road?
Waterproofing is done as its own step, correctly, before a single tile goes up. It is the part of the job nobody ever sees and the only part that determines whether the shower is still good in ten years.
Do you handle small bathroom jobs too?
Yes. A new vanity, a re-tiled floor, a fixture swap, a repair. Small jobs are welcome and they are how a lot of my long-term customers started.
While I am already there
Most of my customers start with one thing and end up handing me the rest of the list. Batching work into one visit is cheaper for you and easier for both of us.
Ready to talk about your project?
Send a few photos and the details. It takes about a minute from your phone, and I follow up fast, often the same day.
