Home Remodeling in Royse City and across the DFW metro
The worst part of a big remodel is usually not the construction. It is the phone tag. Four companies, four schedules, and nobody willing to own the seam where their work meets somebody else's. That is the thing I built this business to fix.
Most of what your project needs, I do myself. Anything that calls for a specialist, my team covers, and I run the job from the first walkthrough to the last. One point of contact, one schedule, and no runaround.
- Multi-room and whole-home renovations
- Drywall, texture matching, and paint
- Finish carpentry, trim, and doors
- Flooring throughout
- Kitchen and bathroom renovation as part of a larger scope
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Coordination and scheduling of every stage

What home remodeling looks like in Rockwall County
Rockwall County has two very different kinds of remodel. In the older parts of Rockwall and out in Greenville, you are renovating a house with real age on it, and the surprises are behind the walls. In Royse City, Fate, and the newer developments, the bones are sound and the work is about making a builder-grade house feel like yours. I do both, and I tell you which one you have before we start.

Home Remodeling questions
Are you a licensed contractor in Texas?
Texas does not issue a statewide license for general remodeling or handyman work, so any contractor telling you they hold a state remodeling license is telling you something that does not exist. What I can point you to is the record: a 5.0 rating across 26 Google reviews from people in this area, and a gallery on this site where every single photo is my own finished work.
Do you pull permits?
When a project needs one, that gets sorted out as part of the job and I walk you through what your city requires before work starts. Requirements differ between Royse City, Rockwall, Fate, and the county, so it gets confirmed per project rather than assumed.
Do you use subcontractors?
Most of what your project needs, I do myself. When something calls for a specialist, that person is part of my team and I am still the one running the job and answering the phone. You are not handed off to another company and you do not chase four different people for a schedule.
How do I get started?
Use the project form. It takes about a minute, you can send photos straight from your phone, and it gives me enough to respond usefully instead of just asking you twenty questions back. I follow up fast, often the same day, and then I come see the space in person.
While I am already there
Most of my customers start with one thing and end up handing me the rest of the list. Batching work into one visit is cheaper for you and easier for both of us.
Ready to talk about your project?
Send a few photos and the details. It takes about a minute from your phone, and I follow up fast, often the same day.
