Royse City has grown fast, and a lot of that growth is newer construction where the house is structurally sound but the finishes were chosen by a builder on a budget. That makes for a specific kind of project: backsplashes, counters, flooring to replace worn builder carpet, better front doors, and a real fence to replace the one that came with the lot. There is also plenty of older housing closer to the original town, and that work is a different animal entirely.
