Flooring & Tile in Royse City and across the DFW metro
Flooring is the job where the prep is ninety percent of the outcome. An out-of-level subfloor or a skipped underlayment will telegraph through the nicest material you can buy, and no amount of good tile hides it.
I install tile, backsplash, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and stained concrete, and I do the unglamorous part underneath properly before anything goes down.
- Tile flooring and wall tile
- Kitchen and bath backsplash, including glass mosaic
- Luxury vinyl plank and laminate
- Carpet removal and replacement with hard surface
- Stained and polished concrete
- Subfloor prep, leveling, and underlayment
- Transitions, thresholds, and trim

What flooring & tile looks like in Rockwall County
Carpet to laminate or LVP is one of the most requested jobs I get across Royse City and Rockwall, especially in homes built in the last fifteen years where the original carpet has finally given up. It is a fast, high-impact project and one of the best value-per-dollar changes you can make to a house.

Flooring & Tile questions
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Tear-out, disposal, and haul-off are part of the job unless you specifically want to handle that yourself to save on the estimate.
Can you match existing tile or flooring in another room?
Sometimes, depending on how old the material is and whether it is still made. Send me a photo through the project form and I will tell you honestly whether a match is realistic or whether a deliberate transition is going to look better.
Do you install flooring I already bought?
Yes. If you have already sourced the material, I am happy to do labor only. I will look it over first and flag anything about it that concerns me before we start.
While I am already there
Most of my customers start with one thing and end up handing me the rest of the list. Batching work into one visit is cheaper for you and easier for both of us.
Ready to talk about your project?
Send a few photos and the details. It takes about a minute from your phone, and I follow up fast, often the same day.
